AND RELAX....

Sometimes we all get a bit stressed, tired and worked up. And sometimes we need to stop, look at everything in perspective and relax. Whether it's work, school or people who are making you feel low, you must know that things WILL get better, and you might have to wait but they will.

A good way I like to de-stress is by taking a big soak and having a little pamper. This makes me feel super chilled and makes me feel at ease again, like I can conquer the world (a bit exaggerated).  Having a good cleanse means I can wake up the next morning feeling fresh-faced.

Here's my routine..

Run your-self a hot bath and use your favourite bubble bath, I love the bubble bars from lush!

Then I use my favourite pro-radience cream cleanser from Elemis along with this new Clarins HydraQuench Cream Gel that I'm loving and moisturise my body with the Nivea Soft cream.

I love to burn candles while in the bath, it creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

I always remember what my mum says to me 'put on your mask Imogen, don't let anyone see when your upset'.

SHOW STOPPERS OF THE GOLDEN GLOBES

Jennifer Lawrence, Amy Adams and Cate Blanchett were among the night's big winner's at the 71st Golden Globes. However more on everyone's mind were the high priced labels and sparkle that the A-Listers bring.

Red was the colour of choice and the majority of stars wore floor-skimming designs, while pairing it with a minimal sleek beauty look. (and lots of bling bling bling of course)

Here are my top 15 celebrities who stole the show...

Jennifer Lawrence stuck to what she knew with a Dior couture AW13 gown while carrying a Roger Vivier clutch.

Emma Watson was daring and wore a Dior red backless dress with slim black trousers, Roger Vivier heels and Dior pearl earrings.

Kate Beckinsale graced a Zuhair Murad gown while accessorising it with a Edie Parker clutch and Chopard jewellery.

Amy Adams chose a red Valentino maxi.

Emma Roberts showed us how she'd matured since those Nancy Drew days wearing Dior.

Amber Heard flaunted her perfectly toned thighs in a silk, navy Versace dress pairing it with some Jimmy Choo's.

While Lupita Nyong opted to be bold in a figure hugging Ralph Lauren gown, which looked beautiful with her skin tone and Fred Leighton Jewels.

A very sleek and sophisticated Margot Robbie stepped out in a Gucci Gown with emerald Louboutins. (Shame they didn't fit!)

Michelle Dockery looked very prim and proper in Oscar De La Renta SS14 and wore gorgeous Bulgari jewellery.

Mila Kunis chose metallics by wearing this Gucci gown, and accessorised it with Gemfields jewellery.

Stepping out in an Oscar De La Renta dress and heels Zooey Deschanel chose to accessorise it with a Charlotte Olympia Clutch and Neil Lane jewellery.

Sofia Vergara made us go WOW in this Zac Posen garment and paired it with a teal necklace by Lorraine Schwartz.

He might be 57 Years of age but he's still got it, especially in this Tom Ford suit.

Disney princess Vanessa Hudgens showed off her yoga ready figure in this Giorgio Armani gown at the Warner Bros after party.

And finally Mother Monster chose gold for the NBC Universal after party in this custom made Perry Meek dress.

Which was your favourite?

MAKE A STATEMENT

A big trend at the moment is statement jewellery, and I am looooving it. Whether its a gold chain or a floral colourful jewel ring, adding a bold chunky necklace or cuff to a simple shift dress or plain white tee can automatically turn an outfit from drab to FAB.

Here are a few I am loving and some ideas on styling them, both high-street and designer..
