BE YOUR OWN LABEL

Slogan Tees are HUGE at the moment, why spend £25 on one when you can make your own??Thought I'd share with you my new transfer T-Shirt, which I'm a little obsessed with and took only an hour to create. 

Start with printing your favourite slogan onto some transfer paper, (make sure the text is reflected so that the text isn't backwards when printed) Transfer paper can be bought at most craft shops and is inserted into your printer like normal cartridge paper. I chose 'Be Your Own Label' in a black Impact font as I was going for the Katharine Hamnett look. Next Iron on your text face down onto your T'shirt with a hot iron for at least 5 minutes. Leave to cool until the fabric isn't hot and slowly peel back to reveal your beautiful print. How to increase the value on a Primark white tee or what!!

After Christmas I picked up this beauty as I saw so many people receive it over the holidays and I couldn't resist any longer, at £37 I think that this palette is a beautiful gift or well deserved treat for any woman, whether they are a make-up junkie or not.  

The palette includes 12 natural eyeshadows, 9 shimmery colours and 3 matte shades. All very wearable and the combinations are endless, taking you from day to night.

The palette also comes with this beautiful double ended synthetic brush which isn't your bog standard sponge brush and can be handy when traveling, however I do prefer to stick to a MAC 217 as it gives the best effect when blending.

Overall the colour payoff from the Urban Decay eyeshadows is lovely, especially the lighter shades, I recommend building up the darker shadows and packing them on to the eyelid to get more of a solid colour. However they last a good 5 hours without primer and can see you dancing even longer with the Urban Decay eye primer position.
